Program Summary:
Cross-functional collaboration is a
requirement in today's business world. While teams can greatly improve
productivity and innovation, there are other obstacles to achieving success.
The pace of business and the virtual workplace may pose additional challenges
for teams and the critical factors may not be obvious. This interactive
session will use a case study to apply performance management principles while
implementing successful teams and achieving maximum productivity to improve
your organization's bottom line.
At
the end of this session, participants should be able to:

of organizational structure and systems on team effectiveness

Apply a systematic
approach to diagnosing team problems

Select appropriate
interventions to improve team productivity

Diane Hanson is a nationally known expert
on teams and a highly qualified facilitator. Her experience includes work with a wide variety of private industries
such as pharmaceutical and banking, as well as universities, local, state and
federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations.

Diane has been owner and president of
Creative Resource Development, Inc. for the past 22 years. Prior to starting
her own business, she was an award-winning sales manager with Ayerst
Laboratories (now Wyeth Pharmaceuticals) and has worked as a Contract Training
Manager for AstraZeneca.
After receiving her BS degree from Cornell
University, Diane graduated with distinction from the University of
Pennsylvania with her MS in Organizational Dynamics. She has been listed in Who's Who in America for the past decade.
