Preparing for the Economic Upturn - Are You Cutting Costs in All the Wrong Places?
presented by: Kevin Brimhall
Wednesday July 22, 2009
Companies have been busy cutting costs, from marketing and advertising to travel, meals, and entertainment, to training and people. But what impact are these cost cuts having on your ability to serve your customers? That result is often overlooked (at grave consequence). And often there are less obvious costs – little gremlins – that creep into your business, that are costing you a bundle, that aren’t addressed. What is the impact of those gremlins and how do you get rid of them?
In this session, you will learn about:
- How to produce more with fewer resources
- The Model of Success
- If the job could talk…
- The Waste Walk
