Cross-functional collaboration is a requirement in today's business world. While teams can greatly improve productivity and innovation, there are other obstacles to achieving success. The pace of business and the virtual workplace may pose additional challenges for teams and the critical factors may not be obvious.  This interactive session will use a case study to apply performance management principles while implementing successful teams and achieving maximum productivity to improve your organization's bottom line.

At the end of this session, participants should be able to:

·         Recognize the impact of organizational structure and systems on team effectiveness

·         Apply a systematic approach to diagnosing team problems

·         Select appropriate interventions to improve team productivity
